Located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento, the Western Region Office will continue the Catalyst tradition of partnering with both the public and private sectors leveraging strength in three major practice areas: Management Consulting, Applications Development, and Infrastructure Management.
Founded in 1992, Catalyst Consulting Group, Inc. is a Chicago based management and information technology services consulting firm primarily serving the needs of state and local governments providing the following services: Management Consulting, Government Solutions, Applications Development and Integration, Infrastructure Management, and New Media and Internet Development.

Catalyst recently engaged in a multi-year contract with the California Secretary of State’s Office serving as the system integrator for the Statewide Voter Registration System Project known as VoteCal. As one of the federal requirements under HAVA (Help America Vote Act of 2002), all states were required to implement a statewide voter registration database that would supersede the county and local databases as the official voter registry. VoteCal will become the permanent Voter Registration system for the State of California providing full HAVA compliance and numerous other benefits.
The new office is located at 980 9th Street, Suite 1730, Sacramento, CA 95814. Company headquarters are in Chicago, IL. Catalyst Consulting Group will continue to add project managers, application developers, and infrastructure consultants in the coming months to support growing business demands.
