Chicago, IL - Catalyst Consulting Group (www.catconsult.com) along with their partner Hillard Heintze have been awarded the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (MPEA) Security Services Assessment contract. The MPEA was established to promote, operate and maintain fairs, expositions, meetings and conventions in Cook County, Illinois. It operates and maintains McCormick Place and Navy Pier in the City of Chicago. The project includes providing strategy recommendations to contain costs and associated risks in the security services industry. The goal is to address concerns related to MPEA’s security spending which includes information technology for security infrastructure. Previously, Catalyst designed, built, and implemented the MPEA Security Command Center using a state-of-the-art video and communication surveillance system. The assessment project will leverage the combined skills of Catalyst’s Management Consulting and Infrastructure Practice Areas.
