Maureen Lyon, Director of Government Solutions

Ms. Maureen Lyon is the Director of Catalyst’s Government Solutions Practice. Ms. Lyon has over 17 years experience working in both the public and private sectors and brings to Catalyst her expertise in business development, contract management, quality assurance, and process reengineering. Ms. Lyon’s experience includes:

• Served as National Quality Assurance Director responsible for establishing and implementing firm-wide quality assurance processes and procedures for a national management consulting firm.
• Served as Business Development Manager responsible for assessing market opportunities and trends, building ongoing client relationships, and guiding the creation of concise proposals.
• Created a training manual detailing statewide procurement/contracting policies, procedures, and internal control measures for a state agency comprised of over 500 employees.
• Reviewed and identified related-party transactions in a charter school investigative audit that resulted in 113 felony counts of misappropriation of funds and grand theft and the ultimate indictment of involved parties.
