Catalyst has found synergy and success in combining the concepts of IT Services and Management Consulting. We employ only those engineers and technical professionals who can grasp the broader objectives of our clients and who appreciate the value of a controlled development process. We employ only those management consultants who have hands-on technology experience earlier in their career. Since 1992, we have executed projects while drawing on talent from these two groups. During that time, we also built and honed our own methodologies and software tools that guide our work. These help us to provide systems and services that are both technologically innovative and assured of delivering value to our customers.
